2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older to register and attend classes.
• Students aged 13-17 may participate with a parent/guardian’s consent.
• If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

• All sessions - including single classes, packages, memberships, and workshops - must be paid for in advance through the online booking system.
• All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable
• To retain your class credit, please cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the class being deducted.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, written material, videos, branding, and training resources is owned by or licensed to SvadhyayawithRashmi.

You may use content for personal learning only. Copying, editing, sharing, or using any material for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited.

5. Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

By participating in classes, you confirm you are in suitable physical and mental condition to practise yoga.

Yoga and movement involve exertion, and injuries may occur. You participate mindfully and **at your own risk**.

Pregnancy Clause: Consult your doctor before joining. We are not responsible for health issues arising during or after participation.

• Disrespectful or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension.
