This International Yoga Day, I had the privilege of spending time with students at a government school in India, sharing yoga, toys, and chocolates.(A school near my hometown chikkaballapura - Pendlivarahalli sarkari shale ) thanks to my friend USHA who helped me facilitate this program ….🙏🏻What stayed with me wasn’t what I shared, but what I received.Their presence, joy, and ability to find happiness in the simplest moments left me teary-eyed and deeply grateful.😇🤗A beautiful reminder that contentment is not something we find outside of ourselves.

Yesterday’s yoga session at a government school on account of IDY near my hometown was truly heartwarming. The sparkle in the children’s eyes, their eagerness to learn, and their natural attentiveness left me inspired. There was a beautiful sincerity in the way they participated, they were present, alert, and soo full of joy. So grateful to my dear friend USHA and high school mate, now a teacher at this school, for making this possible. Her warmth and dedication radiate through her students.

This session was truly special. I had the joy of offering a yoga session at a school in rural Karnataka(Govt High School Nandi), close to my hometown. The session was designed for adolescent girls, combining simple yoga practices with an open conversation on how to stay healthy and active during their periods. We explored how mindful movement, breathwork, and small lifestyle habits can support both body_lp and mind during this natural cycle. It was heartening to see their interest and enthusiasm throughout the session. Grateful for the opportunity to connect, share, and learn together. thanks to my dear school friend @arshiya0709 for coordinating for this event

It was a wonderful opportunity to conduct a yoga session with the Kannada community! Grateful to connect with you all.. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined - your energy and enthusiasm made this session truly special! Looking forward to more such beautiful gatherings.
